A Day In Dumbo!

A few weeks ago I went to Brooklyn to cross off an item on my “Moving to NYC Bucket List”: walking the Brooklyn Bridge! However, I also planned on visiting the Brooklyn Flea in Dumbo, but unfortunately for me (thankfully for my wallet) the Flea Market wasn’t open!  Funnily enough though, my fav gal pal Lucy invited me and some friends to go to the Flea Market!

It. Was. Heaven. At least for a person that loves to shop! There was a booth for everything I could think of: trinkets, vintage italian clothing, film cameras, records, scarves. And I got to experience it for the first time with a wonderful group of friends!

After we spent time perusing the Dumbo Flea we were all hungry, so we went to the opening weekend of Shmorgishborg.. However no one was about to wait in those opening weekend lines! So we walked a few blocks to Gino’s Pizza, a pizza spot I hadn’t yet tried, but was well worth the journey!
